Holiday niceness

I keep forgetting to post pics I took while I was on my Thanksgiving vacay!

I ate THE MOST delicious ramen ever at a place called Shin-sen-gumi located in the OC. (wutwut) They let you choose which ingredients to put in and how much! So nice! I like it spicy :D Also this is the first time this type of pork had me going "I WANT MORE!"

And the wife and I took a stroll down to South Coast Plaza and everything was decorated so cute for the holidays!

Also a while back I was at Beverly's and they had A MILLION decorated Christmas trees @__@ I would love to decorate a million Christmas trees!!! I took pics of my favorite ones:

I love my tree so much....I KEEP IT UP ALL YEAR ROUND. It just sits a top my entertainment center. bringing me joy all year round!

Tried out some Speedball drawing fluid on a yudu screen I had. You can draw directly on the screen with it! So hopefully my test shirt will come out ok!

Sparkle ship weekend

Last weekend was Locketship's 4 year anniversary party. It was the cutest thing ever. Space themed and everyone was dressed so cute and the booths were all decorated amazingly! Plus it's always nice to see people you like and admire!

When you walked in, an adorable unicorn pinata greeted you! I kinda need this in my house :( Someone send it to me yeah? Okay cool.

Maria's booth had such cute ideas! This one is my favorite because uhm mini cat scratcher!!!:

I liked the hanging decorations too! So cute!

LaurenWK cuteface :) I really like this as a table decoration too. Because photoshoots are lovely and it showcases the jewelry too!

Earlier that morning we went to Blu Jam Cafe and tried their breakfast/lunch. Everyone is always raving about the breakfast and while it was good, I don't think it was THAT good. I enjoyed the burger much more. I know now to only eat their lunch and dinner. I really crave that mac and cheese they gave us last time we were there!!!

And before we left we stopped at Nijiya market so I could have my fill of melon flavored things. The boyfriend SPOTTED THESE near the register. SO HAPPY.

In other news, I decorated downstairs with pretty cardstock that was on sale at Hobby Lobby. I just cut out Halloween shapes and stuck them on my wall. I really love Halloween but never really have money to decorate D: my BFF bought me that amazing black wreath and I got those mini pumpkins for free at my local grocery store! SO yes. Cheap and easy decorations! And it makes me sooo happy. Every time I go downstairs I'm like _D_

I recently got these too. They were 3 dollars each. Uhmmm how could I not? I've been meaning to get something by this artist for awhile too. I mean ADORABLE KITTIES! ADORABLE KITTIESSSSS

There were 2 very special birthdays this month. One was my BFFs and its really hard to top gifts for her every year but I TRY! I drew her little deers because she loves little deers and then bought a notebook with the same image on the cover. I hope it gets here soon!!!

And the second was my pal Mshs B-day. Shes one of my very very very favorite people. Shes super sweet, silly, thoughtful, and always goes on adventures with me when she can. Whenever I'm hating the world I just think of how awesome it is to have a friend like this in my life and feel better.

Jpop summit 2011

So my pal Liz asked if I'd help her out at her booth during Jpop summit in San Fran this last weekend :) I said UHMM OF COURSE. I had a lot of fun and I'm very happy that her booth did well! Also she was sharing a booth with super talented Locketship! And the girls came to man her booth! They were very lovely booth buddies! :) Its always nice seeing everyone! And Miss Kika did the art for the mermaid collection! I got to see everything up close and personal. *__* Its all so pretty! I didn't get any good camera shots but everything is on Locketships site for you to check out! (And buy cough cough)

Needles in me

ok actually only one needle. But its a funny sounding title! Got to hang out with my little Aja daughter again recently. So happy I get to spend so much time with her! We ate yummy foods, watched that monkey movie and had fun bleaching hair bonding time. But most importantly E.R. adventures!

I have lots of doodles explaining our adventures!

Aja made these awesome shirts so I wanted to make one too! Mine isn't too exciting tho :D hers are all graphic design and amazing! Here's one:

While we were at Michaels getting supplies I saw these cute things. Their eyeballs make me laugh...

Well I was in the middle of modifying one of her shirts to fit her like a dress and well....I had a booboo.

It was pretty fantastic. Because It was just sticking in there enough for me not to be able to pull it out. And I was so going to pull the fucker out myself :I I even used nail clippers to grip it and it would NOT pull. So off to the E.R. we went because you know I don't want to die from infection or some crap? I like living. But it made me so mad because I don't have the money to pay for the hospital bills. I can only pray they will bring the bill down because I have no insurance. :\

ANYWAYS. Me and Aja drew doodles about my tragic story!

The doctor and nurse were insanely nice and that's all I ever really ask for. I was horrified not knowing if they were going to have to cut it out or poke it through the top or I'd have to get stitches or you know have them not use lidocaine at all while they pulled out a giant sewing needle from my sore finger???? But Aja kept laughing at me because I was so chill about the whole thing. The only time I squealed was when the nurse started to PUSH INTO THE WOUND with his medical pliers...and I was like YEAH I ALREADY TRIED THAT KIND OF TIP THAT DIDN'T WORK PLZ DONT DIG A BIGGER HOLE INTO MY SKIN. So he finally called in the doctor to look at it and they gave me Lidocaine. Which supposedly burns? But it thankfully didn't feel like anything for me D: Maybe my finger was in too much shock? I dunnnno. Thank god tho! I was all bracing for 20 second pain...but all it did was make my finger fat and nubby. Also I didn't look at them digging it out but it didn't take too long! Then we went home and sang Bohemian Rhapsody badly in the car.

Also it like took a day and a half for the lidocaine to finally wear off. I had a numb fingggg.

And that was my first horrible sewing machine accident. I hope that never happens again :[ I've heard horrible stories where the needle goes into peoples eyes....

Ajas cute

Recently got to visit one of my favorite people ever Ajababycakes and we had a lot of fun and even tho she was sick part of the time I really just enjoy being around her. Even when shes in pain and throwing up shes still nice to me and makes sure I'm happy and comfortable. I love her a whole lot! Kinda going through withdrawals just writing this! I get to see her again soon though soooo I'm not too heartbroken.

ANYWAYSSSSS I go to San Jose to visit her and we stay in her parents mini house in the back. And we listen to girly music and talk about dumb shit! I got there last thursday and we went to get Indian food! It was super tasty!

I bought 1 dollar eye shadow from Sallys and it makes me feel like a mermaid!

Ajas nails were so cute! She spackled black water color on yellow nail polish! So I had to take picsssss

I like taking pics of my friends!

Then Aja got sick and died.

We just stayed in and watched movies all day! I really love How to train your dragon and whip-it. And while she was napping I watched the new thundercats! I really liked it! It took me awhile but now that I know WHO DOES LION-O'S VOICE I AM SO WEIRDED OUT! Totally Eric Matthews on boy meets world!! SO WEIRD!

The next day we went out to the dog park for a bit so I put my hair in little drills! It was really hard getting a good pic of them.....

My buddy Milo. I love when he crushes me with his weight and forces himself on my lap. It just melts my heart. Especially because hes a huge grump and growls at me whenever I come over. Then he remembers he likes me and is my best friend in the world!

And the kittens! Best kitty ever. This time he leaned his butt on me while I was lying on the bed with my laptop. Then he got up for half a second just to sit ON MORE OF ME. He wasn't sitting on me ENOUGH!

Anime expo came and went! I met a lot of lovely people! Ate a lot of food trucks (managed to not gain a pound @o@) went swimming and spent time with lovely friends! I miss LA already :(

So recently I went through boxes and forgot I had some My little ponies (and other things) I liked but were kinda dirty (which is why they aren't on display) so I cleaned them up with some Awesome and made them pretty again! I put a little conditioner in their hair and then after it dried I used my curling iron on low heat to fix their hair up!

Sadly I did not take before pictures but I assure you that they were really dirty!

Woah ok so yea I did really nice this year! I never sell out of things and I did this year! So that made me feel really nice. I got a bitchin new printer! An Epson Artisan 725! And well its amazing. Aja had a birthday

Went to San Jose recently to spend time with my beloved daughterpants Aja for her Birthday.

I got there in the afternoon and we went and had yummy Indian buffet. Then we went to the mall and walked around and put makeup samples all over my hand. I was super glitter town. Ke$ha would have been proud.

We stopped at Claires and they had Monster High stuff!!! I bought a keychain and turned it into a necklace :D AND it was on sale! 3 bucks for this cutie!

Theres a little kiddy area in the mall and I saw this: (Just thought I should share)

Then we went back to her place and I fell in love with her kitty. He is the SWEETEST kitty ever. Even sweeter than YOUR cat. I've met all your cats. I can prove it.

Kitten-Little:

He will just let you pick him up. And cuddle him. And he likes to sleep with you. And he meows so loud and its so cute and annoying and he bit my toes.

Milo is my best friend! Hes been so lonely with the new baby in the house that he gives me all of his love. I will gladly take it. I enjoy when he sits on me.

Then the next day we made cute little bentos! And had a picnic!

Aja's bento: cauliflower, tomatoes, garlic, salad, pasta salad, Japanese fried chicken, watermelon, apples, soy sauce eggs, asparagus with bacon.

My bento: kimchi with asparagus, rice, Japanese fried chicken, lime, pasta salad, watermelon, apples.

I got my bento box for Christmas and finally got to use it! Its a piggy! And I also figured out how to use all 3 parts XD

The next day we got up and went to the mall to see Pirates4 which I really liked! I feel like there was something different and off about Jack? Not sure what but I still really enjoyed the humor, characters and story. I REALLY enjoyed Blackbeard holy shit. And the mermaids of course!!!! And Penelope *_* There were a couple parts that were bad in that "that's not possible" way but you know its a movie about magical pirates so...Also I thought the VERY end was a little rushed. But overall I don't really see why everyone is giving it SUCH bad reviews.

Before the movie started we stopped by Daiso. BEST STORE EVER. I bought cute things from it u___u everything is $1.50 EVIL TEMPTRESS!!!!!

HEY did you guys know I like to collect stickers? I feel bad for peeling them off and sticking them on anything so I just put them in this little book I have and look at them for inspiration every now and then! My friends know I love stickers and buy them for me because they are SWEET ;_;

A BUNCH of these I got when I was a lot younger and I've kept them all these years. And others were bought by me or are gifts from friends!

My aunt used to drive me out to the boondocks to find sailor moon stuff and I'd get so excited when I found anything! I also have card sets somewhere in boxes too x__o *HOARDER*

SOOOOO I ventured off to her house on Monday afternoon and she was all HERE I GOT YOU GIFTS BECAUSE IM THE GREATEST PERSON EVER AND WERE GOING TO KINOKUNIYA WEATHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT SO YOU CAN SPEND THESE GIFT CARDS I GOT YOU

Then we went back to her place and we drew each other silly things and watched the Lion King and IT WAS LOVELY.

And then we traveled on down to the cheese board for lunch! And we got this beautiful thing!

I also took home some delicious cheeses :D

Then she took me for birthday cupcakes!!!! I WAS SERIOUSLY SO SPOILED!!!! Msh is the sweetest and most giving person in the world!!! T___T I just want to become rich so I can spoil her right back!!!

Then she drove me home and we picked up the husband and we went to see Rango! Which I liked!

I really enjoyed Rango because it was SO strange and different from every other animated movie that I've seen. It had its cliches and basic story/plot but it was done right and all the animation and action scenes were really well done and great! I really appreciate movies that have the balls to make ugly characters. I especially loved Beans design and character. She was so ugly but so cute. And yea. It was just good. More movies like this please!

My childhood

So my My Little Ponies and legos and whatnot moved with me wherever I went but for some reason I had left some of my VERY favorite toys at my aunt's house. So this last weekend I asked her to let me look through the boxes she saved for me and I FOUND WONDERS UPON WONDERSSSSS!!

K so first I had been pining for my original Mini Whinnies and tiny My Little Ponies forever so you have NO IDEA how happy it made me to find them finally! I hoped and hoped they'd still be at my aunts house and I was so glad they were still there!! And they are in pretty damn decent condition too!!!

I love these all so much!! ;_; They have little horseshoes on the bottom of them that you use to turn little switches or to just place them on play sets so they don't fall over!

Poor white one got dirty!

The only bad thing about Mini Whinnies is that some of the legs bend weird so they don't stand right and just fall over. I'll have to fix them somehow!

And these adorable little dinosaurs too :) I used to play with them so much! They are squishy!

What are these toys called? I know they still make them. I used to see all kinds at KBs when I was little! You put a little car or whatever on top and it slides down a slide and the elevator brings it back up to do it all over again :) I didn't take pics of the slides that attach to it. Its HUGE when all set up. But I love the vintage look of the whole thing. Plus castles are cute!

After that we went straight home and slept! We stayed with my aunt and I took some pics of things in her house that have been there since I was born.

The next day we went to a food festival at the Santa Anita race track! It was cloudy but I still got sunburned :(

It was really good! I loved what I got! I got the Incrediballs: Kobe beef, bacon, garlic aioli and arugula! So tasty!

And then we got ice cream from Cool Haus! *_* I got the browned butter and candied bacon ice cream with chocolate chip! IT WAS SO GOOD!!! ahh I want more...

Also got this really delicious potato Quesadilla thing from India Jones that was AMAZINGG but I didn't take a pic!

Then later that night we went to JapanLa for a CD signing party :)

I also don't have pics but I got some mini cake balls from lilraecakes! They were SO GOOD! And I went back and got a couple more to take home and forgot to pay but when I came back to give her what I owed she just told me to take them ;__; THATS SO SWEET. ISNT THAT SWEET????? Yeah so if you get a chance and like delicious,moist cake covered in chocolate TRY THEM!

After that a bunch of peeps went to dinner! The food there was real good and I got to sit next to Amy 8) IM SPECIAL. Ok no one was sitting there so I took the seat across from her. SHHH I love Amy. Shes so positive and fun! And she let me eat her delicious, spicy Tofu dish because she was full! Hopefully I did not scare her away forever after sitting next to her for so long! ~.~

Then we went to try Umami burger the next day for lunch and then drove home!

Haven't made a blog post in awhile D: ugh nothing to really blog about! But I gathered up some of my art that I've done lately as well as a few Etsy treasuries I've made and 1 Juliette :) So hope you enjoy!

Giant robot and MSH THE BEST PERSON IN THE UNIVERSE

Last weekend I got to visit my WONDERFUL and amazing friend MSH who is one of my favorite people in the world. She let me stay with her so I could go to San fran and see the art exhibit at Giant Robot!

I haven't been feeling well for over a month due to sinus problems so I was kinda
dying the whole time but it was worth it!!

Before everyone got there me and the husband went and got something to eat. We went to a place called The alembic! I got a slider with kimchee, a fried oyster, and jalapeno aioli~ I was kinda too sick to enjoy it but man was it salty...

And the husband got 5 spice duck confit~

And theres totally a place called "aub zam zam" haha so I took a pic :D

And I got to meet one of my favorite youtube people :D Miss Jazziebabycakes! She was so super duper sweet!! I love her smile and her outfit was so hot!! I love watching her videos because shes just so happy and adorable!

The weather was really beautiful too! I was so lucky. It was just hot enough to want ice cream so we went and tried this place called "Cream" Msh is so thoughtful she wrote down a bunch of places to try and planned out an adventure for us and also took us to a comic book shop :D

I got chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cup ice cream @__@ it was SO MELTY AND GOOD OMG THE COOKIE CAME RIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN MY HANDS WERE COVERED IN A DELICIOUS MESS AHHHH

She also took us to eat at this place called "Arizmendi" that has cheese and bread and they totally have a different pizza every day. I...am so sad I do not live by it.

The pizza we got was Potato, Olive oil, leaks, Asiago, and Mozzarella~ ahh it was so lovely *_* The perfect texture and the crust was a little buttery. such heaven!

Msh is the sweetest person ever. She took us around on adventures and bought me Calpico ;__; because SHE KNOWS HOW HARD IT IS FOR ME TO GET!!! I AM ALWAYS TOUCHED BY HER THOUGHTFULNESS.

She also left this hilarious note on a box of chocolates for me in the morning. I got up to get some water and I noticed it...how...how does she make such hilarious things.

And then I caught her sneaking off to get us breakfast breads before she had to go to class because SHES JUST SO THOUGHTFUL. I mean it was LITTERALLY so gunna be SUDDENLY BREADS. I would have been OMG BREADS WHERE DID U COME FROM.

So I went with her and she took me to a cute little bakery where I had my way with the breads. I sure did.

I had the best weekend ever. All thanks to Msh and wonderful people!!!! I am so happy c:

More gifts and fabric!

My friend Jackie sent me ADORABLE and thoughtful gifts for Xmas because she is sweet as sugar!!! :D Its taken me forever to finally make this post haha!

She even wrapped it ; 3; I love unwrapping gifts!!!! I'm glad it didn't get damaged in the mail!

Paintings and Gocco

I recently stumbled across this amazing thing when browsing Etsy stationery. Lots of people use/have them apparently! I really...really. reallly. REALLYYYYYYY want one. So bad I ...I just. It hurts me that I don't own one!!! Its called Gocco :D They are amazing little things that stamp anything you can fit into them! I would love to buy little blank coin purses and stamp my little unicorn designs on them or buy pretty cardstock from Micheals and make greeting cards. I mean. The possibilities are ENDLESS! I also love how you can stamp up to 50 different items without having to re-ink the thing! And how it has a carbon pen you can draw with :D CONTROL! Or if you want to use stock from a magazine or artbook you can just photocopy/xerox the page and it is magically machine usable!! :D

I think the only bad part is that the bulbs are one use. And well I'd probably have like 100 different designs >_> ...so many bulbs.

But I mean SERIOUSLY! Look how easy it is to use and how EASY it is to make a screen! :D So much easier than using my YUDU. I mean its not as big but thats ok!

I would love to sell my YUDU for one but the shipping will just cost an arm and a leg because ITS SO HUGE. But I've barely used mine and its practically brand new.

I'm also kinda worried that (since they stopped making Goccos) I will have a hard time finding supplies in the future. But it seems like a lot of people on Etsy use them? So I dunno. I found really good deals on them on Ebay but I don't really have 300 bucks ;_; ANYWAYS! Just wanted to share this AMAZING product!

I've been doing a lot of painting lately. I found tools in SAI finally that I like so.

And this ended up looking a lot like one of MissKikas works even tho thats not what I was going for XD But thats ok because her work is bootiful!

I think I had a pretty good year! How was yours? :)

I managed to meet SO MANY NICE AND WONDERFUL people this year. My blog got its Birthday and I got to visit La a bunch of times and even go to Disneyland!!! I loved all the LA events I went to and even hit my 200 sale mark on Etsy!!! I HOPE NEXT YEAR IS EVEN MORE AWESOME. I did better than last year at Fanime and I also got to see my darling Ajapops like 3 fucking times!!! Thats a record man. And I got to meet her adorable best friend Jennie!

Seriously though. I'm so happy I got to meet so many sweet people this year. You should go give them your love and support!

Christmas 2010

Meant to post this sooner but I've been sick! :D OH WELL!

My parent in laws flew my boyfriend and I down for Christmas because we're pretty poor this year XD But anyways! I had a really nice time. I love So cal. When we got there we went straight to his aunts house and had some of her delicious Lasagna and had a wonderful lovely time visiting his cousins and etc.

They had a cute tree with blue lights!

Then the next day we opened presents and then they took us out to Brazilian BBQ :Q....WHICH IS SO GOOD SO SO GOOOOOOD

Then I got to visit one of my best friends the last week. She drove down from Oregon. We usually stay in the back of her parents house in this lil mini apt. We call it our vacation home!

Then we went and got gyros from this place thats been featured on diners drive ins and dives called Falafel's drive in. It was pretty good! Their hummus was really yummy and Aja got a Root beer freeze that tastes like a Root beer float! YUM!! Only way I'll put Root beer in my mouth.

Then we drove around for a long time on a Bevmo location adventure. Her GPS kept telling us it was located in a place that didn't exist! GHOST BEVMO

Then I made Aja my model for the night! Because its my secret dream to take photos of cute girls all day and dress them up in cute outfits! But shh don't tell!

She always makes me feel loved and is really thoughtful and silly and I love how laid back she is. She lets me be myself around her and I never feel judged. She loves to have fun and we both like animals and to eat and discover new things! ADVENTURE!! She is the best Christmas present :D

Nerd party and cute girls everywhere

So I went to Sanrios I heart nerds party this past Saturday& had so much fun! Bubblepunch did such a good job! Everyone was so sweet and adorable too. I'm still in a really good mood from having a lot of fun.

So I got there around 6? And played some pacman and grabbed the most AMAZING KIMCHEE FRIES IVE EVER HAD from the frysmith truck! ughougndofu just thinking about them *_*

Then after that I went to stand in line for the nerds party.

SO WHILE I WAS WAITING IN LINE some girl slips in front of me all creepy like and is all "Hi!" whats your name? So I'm like...Erica...And she goes "OH HEY THATS MY NAME TOO!" and I go... are you trying to cut in line haha? And she goes "no actually I want to put you on TV!" so here I'm thinking aw thats kinda flattering...maybe? and right after she pulls out this flyer and says HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF A SHOW CALLED HOW DO I LOOK? and right then I just fucking DIE!! I'm trying so hard not to laugh because if YOU KNOW ME AT ALL or are my friend you know that I am CONSTANTLY making fun of this show and ranting about how awful I think it is and "how could anyone not be angry if their loved ones put them on it?" Because they're always "wow you look like shit everyone is tired of seeing you dressed like that you need to stop! BUT WE LOVE YOU SO ITS OK ITS JUST TOUGH LOVE" And it makes me angry because they are trying to change who they are. Not just how they are dressed. Its ok for you to be all "look you should dress more appropriate for certain occasions!" as long as the rest of the time they can still be themselves. But this show is RAPE. Personality rape! You can still be yourself and know when its the right time to dress professionally! SO ANYWAYS I'm dying because I just think its SO FUCKING FUNNY that shes asking me to be on this show. And I'm like ohhhh no thank you haha!!! and she goes so is there no way? YOU'LL GET A 1,000 DOLLARS AND NEW WARDROBE!! And In my head I'm like gee 1,000 dollars to publicly humiliate myself? HMMMM NO. Not to mention that like how the fuck would she even know if people at this party are just dressing up or ALWAYS dress like this hahahaha???? And even if I were to say YES there is BOUND to be someone way worse dressed than I. I can only think that she must have gone for me because I had pink hair. I wasn't even hurt I was just amazed and thought it was SO FUNNY. I do feel really sorry for someone less thick skinned that would totally be hurt by it. That girl was so creepy about it too. OH AND THEN SHE TURNS TO MY BOYFRIEND AND IS ALL "so are you the bf?" and he was all yea...and she goes "GOOD GUY" AND PATS HIM ON THE SHOULDER HAHAHAHAHAHA! ANYWAY I started reading the flyer and laughed some more XD I highlighted my favorite parts!!!

So that aside, I made little goodies for all the pretty ladies because as we all know zam loves pretty ladies. But I did forget a couple of people so I'm going to be making more soon~! Some people didn't go too so I have to mail those out later :D (not showing them here so it can be a surprise)

I wanted them to be early Chistmas gifts but I totally forgot to buy candy canes! o wells. Everyone enjoyed their gifts and that makes me so happy! Everyone is so cute and amazing and I seriously can't believe how sweet everyone is in person. Everyone was so incredibly sociable and friendly. I always feel so welcome! Makes me kinda choked up :>

We tried some Olive oil tho and its the best I've ever tasted. They had blood orange and lime. I wanted them so bad but they are so expensive.

And we got a cheese thing from the cheese shop because uhm CHEESE. It was Gruyere in grilled Naan with apple chutney! ughh so good!

So I didn't get into the Renegade craft fair but I was going to share my booth with Sarah AKA annais69 and she bought me stuff to bring but since we didn't get in she mailed the stuff she got to me!! She went to Disneyland and bought me ALL OF THIS STUFF!!! I'm still like in shock at all the lovely things she got for me!!! D:

I had to pick it up from the post office because they came when I was asleep! Like usual....

Anyway the lady brought me the box and I was all OH MY GOD because it was as big as a horse!!! ok not really....but Gnocchi and Lucky could totally live inside!

So when I opened it I was like OH ANOTHER BOX!!! And inside was a Hello kitty dressed like Ariel ;____; SO CUTE!

And she also came with another outfit! HAWAIICHANS! hahaah I love the coconut boobies xD

And then I noticed this pretty thing *3* COOKIES!!!!! NOMNOMNOM!

ahhahahahhhhhhhhh AHHHH and a JACK HAT WITH MICKEY EARS!!! AND THE GLOW IN THE DARK

Msh, Tsushimamire and Peelander Z

Msh came over on Wednesday and we met up at Tanto In San Jose and had delicious things and then went to see Tsushimamire & Peelander Z in concert. It was a really cute little club with red romantic lighting. I never remember to bring ear plugs so I went deaf lol. But both bands were very enjoyable live. Tsushimamire was super cute Mari (the lead singer) would talk to us in english and say funny things.

The concert we went to :) haha the club is called BLANK club. Also did I mention this concert was FREE? coooooolio. Just look at how sexy Yayoi is!!!

*And then there was Peelander Z. Probably the goofiest band ever. They were really fun and cute. Also dress amazingly hahaha. I want to draw girl versions of Peelander yellow, red and green! Peelander yellow was awesome and talked to us a lot and got the audience involved. But like not in an annoying way like most bands do. Instead they did really goofy shit like held out rope and made everyone do the limbo and then gave out pots and pans so everyone could hit them to make music! So silly! They also bowled with one of the members in a bowling pin suit and yea. It was pretty hilarious.

*Near the end of the concert I saw Mari sitting at the bar watching Peelander Z and looked at her cute black bag she had with hearts and said it was very cute and she was all "oh thank you!" I pointed to the hearts and was like "I like the hearts!" And she was all "its fuzzy too!" and touched and patted it. (So I did too) And was like "oh yeaaa!"

I inadvertently touched Mari >:O I can never wash my hand again.

Everyone from both bands kept walking around the club within 2 inches of me. It was so cool *u*

So the concert was great. Except for the mosh pit. I hate people that mosh pit. I want to stab them in the eye.

*Then we headed back and played some smash brothers and some Kirby epic yarn. (Which is awesome btw)

Then we slept and slept and woke up the next day and got some tacos from this place round the corner. I need to take pics from there sometime. Its soooo good! And they have the best fish tacos *___*

And when we got back we made CUPCAKES. so cute! I like how Msh frosted hers! With a little of the edge of the cupcake still showing! :D And she sprinkled on the sprinkles right in the middle! I would have just thrown them on everywhere haha...

I'm so happy she came to visit me and drove many many many many hours to come to see me and my cats! Gnocchi bonded with her quickly. Lucky bonds with no one.

Collab and hair

Recently Sporkii and I did a collab together :D I did the lines and she did the colors! Shes sooooo good *__* so soft and such pretty colors!

I also did another picture of the ever so adorable San! Shes just so cute :D

Then I made a website layout I might use. I always do this and then end up not doing anything with it. But I'd like to have a site off of Etsy with my stuff. I have to figure out cart stuff though. But heres what it looks like:

I'm in the process of trying to dye my hair more pink so I can do it myself. But bleach doesn't like me :\ I bleached it twice and used toner and its just a mess. I have too much hair and I didn't have enough bleach. BOTH TIMES. I got more the second time and it still wasn't enough. So I'm going to have to go and get it fixed professionally. booooo. Oh well. live and learn. And cry. I actually wouldn't hate it so much if my eyebrows weren't BLACK. ugh it looks so fucking gross. The pictures don't show how awful everything looks honestly. You can't see the parts of my hair that are dyed uneven. And I don't mean like that I have 4 different colors in my hair. I mean like my roots are brown and then following my hair down it turns white and then yellow. Bad dye job is bad! And my eyebrows look lighter than they do in person. Anyway :I I won't be able to dye it pink until I get the yellow out and make everything look even. bleh~ I'm amazed my hair wasn't too damaged tho. So thats nice!

I recently did a trade with lovely Geerte from Livejournal :) (love that name) I've been a stalker for a couple of years and saw that she made some bloomers so I asked if I could get a pair in my size!

She was so nice and made them so fast too! They are so beautifully made!! *___* They fit perfectly and have beautiful lace around the legs. I love them sooo much! I need to lose some weight so my gut doesn't hang out so much when I wear them:[ I did my best to take a pic with them on tho!

Unicorn dreams & Halloween

Recently I made a bunch of fashion designs. I'm really happy with how they came out! I hope you like them too :) This is also another thing I want badly to happen. It probably won't unless I get picked up or something. I don't have enough love for sewing to even make 25% of this happen. Plus most of this fabric doesn't even exist. And I'm not going to paint fabric because I think it looks tacky. Anyway! I'm glad I got this out of my system: Click on the image to make bigger!

I'm also thinking about applying to go to Renegade craft fair in San Francisco in December but I need to turn in my application + 300 dollars before the 29th of this month. HURRRR we'll see how that goes. I might not even get accepted!

Too many things to do this month! If I could have anything right now I would want to go to Disneyland for Halloween. I want it so badly. I bought a fake pumpkin to carve from Michaels :) Still not sure what to make it look like!

Suicide is a horrible thing. It's such a waste. I've never been suicidal. I can't fathom what it's like to be. So for someone to feel that there is nothing left they can do. That all is hopeless... is the saddest thing to me.

My mom is a lesbian. My entire life I never thought of it as an issue. I never looked at her differently. And I never felt weird about having a gay parent. So of course it doesn't make sense to me when other people do think it's weird. Or when people bully someone for their sexual orientation. It is WRONG to make someone feel bad for however they choose to live, as long as they aren't hurting anyone.

I got made fun of in school, but I know it wasn't that bad. I know that there are kids out there that have it so much worse. I had a friend in high school who truly believed he was worthless and thought all the abuse he got was DESERVED. He thought he deserved to be treated like shit. No one deserves that. NO ONE deserves to be bullied.

When you know you like/love someone, you just know it. It doesn't matter if they are the same sex as you. There is NOTHING wrong with you. And you should do what makes you happy. It may be hard now. your parents or friends might not agree. You may be made fun of or bullied. You may think there is something wrong with you. But don't give up. Don't let other people decide who you are as a person. Try and surround yourself with positive people. And try to laugh and be happy and enjoy life. You have to believe its going to get better. And then one day you'll look back and be so grateful you tried so hard to get where you are. Thankful that you didn't give up.

Please don't give up. Be a million times better than those people that made fun of you.

So my blogs birthday was on the 7th of this month and It passed right by me. I'm sad cuz I wanted to do something really special. But thats ok. I'll do something special anyway. But since I couldn't figure out a way for people to not cheat by commenting here. I'll do a twitter challenge.

I wanted to go to San fran and say hi to Amy and eat delicious food and explore Japantown SO I DID.

We got there around 9 and stopped at Dynamo donuts. We shared the Caramel de sel and the maple bacon! The maple bacon one has apple in it and its GREAT and the caramel one has orange *_*

The display at the counter is really cute!

And I snapped a photo of them making a batch of maple bacon!

on the way back I spotted a bakery with little alligator bread! xD

Then we did some wandering around and I was naughty and bought a bag u__u I saw it and was like good mother of god. But you know the bag wanted me too. I could tell. We looked deep into each others eye and fell madly in love! All my stuff fits so perfectly in it too!

And these were in a display window *O* so cute! They remind me of that little toy where you fish and theres a magnet on the fishing pole?

Then for dinner we had sushi :D

And recently I ordered some new sugarpill colors *3* Birthday girl, Paperdoll, and Stella!

I always try to take pics of the make up on me but my camera only wants to pick up yellow :\ and its sooo annoying!

I found these recently too!!! *c* they are iridescent but you can't see in the pic! I'm going to deco these babies up!

And I saw this and was like MUST HAVE AND MAKE INTO HAIR ACCESSORY but it already had a hair clip TuT now I have to find a way to add something to it so I'm not just reselling it. But god isn't it adorable?

anddddddd I ordered some moo mini cards and I've been sticking them around places like at collages and Japantown so hopefully people will see them and come to my shop!

So I forgot my camera and there were tears for miles and miles. My phone also died as soon as I got there....But as I expected I knew people were going to take pictures and upload videos so here are some things!

I didn't get to see this at all because everyone was so tall and I am not so tall. And that makes me sad because look at how adorable everyone is. If I had a fashion show I would love for it to be like this! Everyone is dancing and having fun! Soooooo sooooo cute!

Had an awesome weekend with surprise friends! My friend Aja was visiting the area so we both went to Eatreal and ate super real. It was delicious. And we met up with wonderful Msh who is in California at the moment. And we both love food so of course we both were all omg eatreal and I was like hey msh lets hang and maybe we can go to eat real together and she was alll omg I was totally going. Great mouths think alike.

So I forgot to take some pics of some things but I got a couple shots. My favorite place was a BBQ place called good foods catering. Which was a surprise because I'm not really into BBQ. But omg it was DIVINE. I'm sad I can't have it anymore. Most of these places are in San fran :<

The first truck we tried was a korean taco truck that sounded familiar to Kogi so I wanted to try and they were "pretty good" but not great. I didn't take a pic tho! Sorryyyy

omggg one of the best Indian food places ever. The samosas were a little buttery and perfectly seasoned and delicious. SO GOOD. man. Also first time ever eating a Indian burrito. I would do this again. lord have mercy. so fucking amazing.

So I don't know if I'll fix it or just leave it. Or be uninspired and drop the project all together. Its really hard for me to do a matching set of anything. Consistency is hard.

Bling and moving

Its been so long!!!! My poor baby blog has been neglected! I've been busy packing and working on commissions and other things so I haven't really had time to draw personal fun things or craft. But I did manage to make some jewelry yesterday. They're made from Sculpey and I just glued on some rhinestones! :) I'm so happy with how they turned out.

Then a couple weeks ago I blinged out my mirror more!

And I'm trying to make a Lolita design so I can have it printed on fabric and then make a cute skirt! Its not anywhere near done.

And this will also go on a skirt and probably a shirt too. I need to add more things to it! I'd love the skirt to be black/dark blue and have it be the night sky with little stars everywhere.

And if you watch me on Da you've probably already seen these designs. Also things that will go on shirts!

So yea I'm moving finally! Into a 2 bedroom, 2 story, 1.5 bath condo with a patio,fire place and washer & dryer. I'm so excited!! I'm allowed to paint my walls and I've been slowly painting the things I own so everything can look pretty!

But I am so super happy I will finally be moving away from my asshole neighbor. This is the best part. I won't have to hear his loud car scraping the driveway. I won't have to hear him sing outside my window and talk to his dog like a retard or yell at the neighbors from a distance.

And I will be able to wash my clothes without leaving the house. And I'll be able to have a better place for the cat boxes to go so I'm not inhaling it every night while I sleep. They will have TONS of more space to roll around. And I will be able to BBQ if I want to :D

My landlords seem really awesome too!! I'm so happy about that. I move out on the 26th. But it can't seem to get here soon enough! I want to paint my walls and the rest of my things :) *hophop*

So thats about it for now! I will of course take pics of my new place before and after I paint and decorate! byechuuuu~!!

Fun times with my daughter

I went to San Jose to visit my lovely daughter Aja for a couple days of fun and we went to eat at delicious places and did a bunch of girly crap! I had so much fun! I will be a ball of sunshine for awhile!

So the day I got there we went and got Chipotle. And chatted it up pretty hard core. Then we went to a fucking huge mall! Tons of fancy expensive stores!

They had a Betsey Johnson store :D so I looked at all the pretty. I like the dress in the window!

Then I went to Sephora to see how much bare mineral primer was and then accidentally walked out with it and didn't notice until we were half way to the car! oh me!

Thennnn we hit up another mall and THEY HAD A CONTAINER STORE. Ohhh how I've missed the container store!!! I found this adorable ring box that looks like a shopping bag :D SO CUTE

I don't know what store we were in but they had a lot of pretty decor! I snapped a pic of this awesome chandelier!

We got some Karas cupcakes but mine sucked. I got a lemon one but it was filled with like the lemon in lemon meringue pie. So gross! But cute.

I texted lovely miss Sparklystephiee and she told me some yummy places to eat in San jose :3 I was soooo grateful because the place we tried was wonderful! She is food mistress and she delivers!!!

Its called Tanto and Its an Izayaka :9 Just like Kappo Honda!

Aja got this pork thing we were thinking was going to be like breaded pork but NO it was DEEP FRIED BACON! It was sinful...I'm going to hell for eating it....

and I got some sushi because I always need my sushi! The mayo on top almost tasted like nacho cheese haha! But it was still delicious.

And we also got some kimchee with rice. No idea it was going to be so huge! But it was sooooo good.

Then at night I forced Aja to get naked and dress up for me ):U

Then we snuggled up and watched El Dorado and fell asleep. One of my fave movies!

Then the next day we went to Mitsuwa marketplace and snagged some Melon soda so we could have some fun drinky times. I went to Kinokuniya to see if they had any new Cutie interior issues but no :( Thats ok!

We found this ice cream place that had CORN AND CHEESE flavor! They also have avacado, Durian, Horchata and other weird stuff! I tried the Durian and corn and cheese XD the corn and cheese just kinda tasted like creamed corn? And the Durian was just nasty XD I was expecting it to! But just EWwwwwww I got a less offensive flavor and got oatmeal cookie!

For dinner we got Antonellas and I got this delicious steak thing >_> COVERED in gorgonzola. Usually when people have a steak dish with gorgonzola on top its like little sprinkles but the cheese was invading my meat! And it was SO great! I couldn't eat the potatoes tho because they were too garlicyyyy

Then we watched The secret of Kells which I thought was really pretty and stylish. I enjoyed all the characters and the movie in general but hated the ending. It felt really anti-climatic and empty. But you guys should all see it anyway!

Later that night we had some drinky time and hilarious things happened. But I can't give you the details for they are secret and could shame Aja for the rest of her life~! (notrlybutitwashilarious)

The next day we lazed around and got up at 4 to drive at get some dinner! We tried another Izakaya that my bf was showing me on Yelp the night before. It wasn't as good as Tanto but the inside was ADORABLE. It was also expensive...so I'd rather go back to Tanto! But it was still pretty good.

They made you take off your shoes :D and I love that the floor had holes for your feet to go down into!

We got a Kimchee pizza with mushrooms and then another one with Miso and mushrooms. I took some home for my bf because he had to sit at home sick and miss out on our delicious adventures!

And we also got this pork thing with asparagus? It was ok...but the brown sauce under it was GOOOOdddd

Then we made cupcakes :D I've always wanted to make cupcakes with my girl friends! They aren't that impressive but I had fun! I loved making them!

And I saw Inception which was fun and I enjoyed it but I didn't think it was the most amazing thing ever. I loved all the characters and the story! And also how do people come up with shit like this? So many ideas all in one movie. Pretty impressive.

I'm really happy because I get to see one of my best friends this weekend and visit San Jose :D She lives really far so I rarely get to see her!

So I got this fortune today XD How appropriate!! haha

And I made these recently and I'm going to add them to my shop soon :) I'm very happy with them!!

I also recently bought some pretty bling so I could deco stuff. I decorated 2 things so far! I like how they turned out :) I'll be selling them soon probably!

I bought a cardboard? booklet thing from Michaels and I painted it pink and then changed the paper on the inside to white paper instead of the brown stuff they had before!

And I worked on some little watercolor paintings so I could make some cute greeting cards. Well they are sort of watercolor. I used crayola markers and then use a brush and water to smudge the color! I like them!

Oh also! I got a new phone :D I'm really happy with my purchase cuz it was only 20 bucks and it has unlimited internet! So I can tweet now XD and it has a GPS so I can never get lost again!~~~

OH and I made my first pair of panties finally :D I'm SOOOOOO happy with how they turned out! I don't know if I'm just going to sell them or find a model first but we'll see! I want them to go to a new home badly :D

Vacations all I ever wanted

Well my vacation started off pretty damn annoying. I thought I was gunna have to pay to rent a car but didn't have to after all. So that was swell! So anyway we got to the city of Claremont kinda late but thats ok! We got some delicious Wolfes!

I know it might look boring. But it is perfection. Just so simple and delicious because all the ingredients are fresh and quality. I also saw that they had cupcakes so I had to get me a red velvet! The other one is peanut butter nommmmm:

This is mine. Its just turkey with mayo, Muenster, and lettuce on sourdough. But its sooooo good. I can't even look at the photo without wanting it bad! D: Also the creamy pasta salad is wonderful ;__; its not potato salad-y at all! Just cream and delicious!!

And this is what my bf got. Its pastrami with mustard,mayo, lettuce, tomato on squaw! With gross potato salad.

Then we stopped at Ikea. Omg. so like. I've never been. It was ORGASMS EVERYWHERE. AGUH I was in heaven!!!!!

This is the coolest fucking table EVER. Its so perfect for me!!! Because BOTH SIDES fold!!! So I could have all my sewing stuff on it and then put it away afterward!! aghhh brilliant!

Then they had all these wonderfully decorated rooms. I was just dying. Look at how wonderful they all are? I would love to get paid to decorate little fake rooms like this. I would just have SO MUCH fun!

Then I visited my aunt for 5 seconds and then went to THE OC to rest up a bit and got some Kappo Honda! I love that they are open until 1am. I just love going there at night. Its so cozy.

We got up BRIGHT AND EARLY to go to LA and stopped at this cute shop called Japan LA. It has so many cute things! I bought some stickers for my bff!

Then we found this place called Muma that has Shawarma *__* It really didn't look that good and I was afraid it was going to be boring but NO. It was FABULOUS OMG.

I got some with feta and this delicious spicy red sauce! god it was SOO good. And a side of sweet potato fries :D MMmmmm

And thennnnn we went to Little Tokyo and got some Calpico and stopped at Kinokuniya where I bought this cute book:

Its just a book with ideas and tutorials on how to deco your belongings! ugh I want to deco everything D:

Then we went to this place thats kinda like Kappo Honda called Haru Ulala and tried some neat things!

This is fried Camembert cheese and it came with Tonkatsu sauce! Which I love more than anything.

And I got some sushi. It was ok. I've had better!

Short rib *___* It was so good and I dipped it in the Tonkatsu sauce!!! ugh!

And they gave us free chocolate mousse :D

Got lunch at Rockin Baja! Its always SO good. I love it. While I was at Disneyland we noticed some lady in front of us wearing one of their shirts XD I think they said they were from New Mexico too! I was all HEYYY I KNO THAT PLACE! I know I've taken pics before but its so pretty! And so many salsas! mm

Then we went and got some ice cream from this wonderful place called "Hans ice cream and Deli" They have WONDERFUL ice cream. And this time I noticed they had ice cream sandwiches!!

Then for Dinner we went to meet up with the lovely Miss Sparkly Stephee. Who brought along Miss Stephy 2. And we got delicious Kogi BBQ (if you can get your hands on these tacos DO IT. Because they are SO AMAZING. They are just AGDOUHHH

Then we stopped at Miss Irenes place so I could meet her! I can't tell you how nice all these girls were. I just feel so lucky to get to hang out with people I consider cool. And then have them be super sweet to me. Its just great!!! I hope we can all hang again soon.

DISNEYLAND YEYYYYYYYYYYY I LOVE DISNEYLAND I CANT EVEN TELL YOU. It makes me SO happy. And I haven't been in YEARS :( It was so fabulous. Even tho I got sunburned. And even tho my feet turned into mush. And even tho I was DEAD tired. IT WAS GREAT. The only complaints I have were that I didn't like the Jack sparrow additions on Pirates. And I HATED the submarine :( I love finding nemo but I don't want to see stupid holograms. I want to see sculpted moving animatronics!! At least there was Jelly fish...

The lines weren't that bad either! And I got to go on all my favorite rides :)

Mainstreet and other things!!

The front windows! I love that they always have new displays. Tho right now they have old stuff but thats ok. I was kinda hoping for Toy story3 but I guess not :<

Inside the shops were all kinds of cute displays. Some of these are from a store in downtown Disney.

I totally didn't even know this existed but in one of the shops? they had tiny models of the park! ugh cute. I love tiny things :<

I found this really cute Marie book. I don't know how she got so popular but ughhh I love the style of the drawings and I love the pictures. So so cute. I had to get it!!!

AND I GOT TO SEE WORLD OF COLOR AND MY HEART WEPT. I mean like. I love Disney animated musicals. And I appreciate my favorite movies more today. So hearing all my favorite songs in high quality and ENVELOPE ME WITH LOVE was like the most amazing thing EVER. I was so fucking happy. Not to mention all the pretty colors and water. It was just PERFECT. AGUH. If you get the chance and like the things I like you NEED to go ;__;
